Testing signal strength using the WLAN Handset 6120/6140

off the wireless handset.

Test signal strength in the covered area by putting a handset in Site
Survey mode, using Any/Smry SSID.

Walk the entire coverage area while viewing the display, checking for
any expected APs or other SSIDs.
