Download or upload a configuration plan
After you establish your configuration plans, the settings can easily be
downloaded to the handsets.
To download a configuration plan to a handset, follow the steps in

Action
Use the Handset Settings Editor toolbar to open the System, Group,
and User plans for this handset.
Enter information unique to the handset, for example, the Extension
and User Name fields.
The Extension field has a Next button that is useful for configuring a
quantity of handsets.
Copy the settings to the Handset settings fields.
Click Write Handset to begin the download.
After the Handset indicator turns off, the download is finished and
you can remove the handset from the charger.
(Optional) To save the settings unique to this handset, ensure that
the correct extension number or other file name exists in the User
file name field and then click Save.
