BCM standby mode
With the Business Communications Manager (BCM) Server, redial,
speed-dial and phonebook are available in the handset and appear in the
second set of soft keys. USB appears only during handset configuration.
When more than four soft keys are available, left and right arrows appear,
as illustrated by
NAV < keys to toggle between sets.

BCM active idle mode
From standby, press Actv to enter the active idle mode. The Ftre (Feature)
soft key provides access to programmed BCM system features while
off-hook. Press keypad numbers to activate features just as you do on the
IP Phone 2004.

During a call, press FCN to display the Feature List and soft keys that
activate the following handset features:
