Disassemble the SVP aseptic change-over valve according to assembly instructions (see chapter 7 "Disassembly -
assembly")
Dispose of the SVP aseptic change-over valve in accordance with the local regulations of the country of destination.

10. Disorder - trouble shooting

Never touch the valve or piping system when hot products are in processing
or during sterilization.
Observe strictly the technical data.
We cannot be held liable for an incorrect use of the valve.
In the event of disorders immediately deactivate the valve and secure it
against inadvertent reactivation.
Defects may only be rectified by qualified personnel observing the safety in-
structions.

⇒ Solenoid valve damaged
⇒ faulty gaskets at the spindle
⇒ faulty gasket in the actuator
⇒ Dirt / foreign materials in the
seal area
⇒ Actuator seals dry

⇒ defective gaskets
⇒ Seals dry
(friction losses)

Operating instructions
diaphragm – O-ring
⇒ Check the plant configuration
⇒ check the air supply
⇒ Check the air hoses for free passage and
leaks
⇒ Check actuation / process control head and
routing of electric lines
⇒ Replace the solenoid valve
⇒ change gaskets
⇒ change actuator cylinder
⇒ Clean valve housing and seal area closing
sleeve and valve disc
⇒ Grease the seals - Note grease plan
⇒ change gaskets
⇒ Grease the seals - Note grease plan
⇒ Replace seals
