Caution
Assembling the valve
II.14. Prior to assembly clean and grease the shafts and sliding surfaces.
II.15. Fit O-ring (8). into SVP control unit (9).
II.16. Fit O-rings (6, 7) into the valve disk (5) (take note: chapter 7.7. "Fitting O-ring")
II.17. Fit diaphragm (4) onto the valve disk (5) - control place and position of the diaphragm.
II.18. Assemble spindle (3) with valve disk (5) and diaphragm (4) (Tools: Double open ended wrench (wrench size) 17
and 12)
Preload the actuator spring ⇒ control air pressure min. 5 bar (auxiliary assembly air) to connection L

II.20. Fit the spindle (3) with the valve disk (5) and diaphragm (4) on the spindle of the manual actuator (9)
(Tools: Double open ended wrench (wrench size) 17).
Release the actuator spring ⇒ control air pressure 0 bar (auxiliary assembly air) to connection L

II.22. Disconnect the pneumatic supply line (auxiliary assembly air)
II.23. Insert the upper part of the valve (1) into the valve housing.
II.24. Fit the clamp (2) (take note: chapter 7.4. "Mounting the clamp" – tools: torque spanner).
II.25. Connect electrical cables and pneumatic lines.

Do not reach into the openings of the SVP control unit.
