7. Installation of operator's cab
•
Lower the operator's cab assembly onto the floor frame slowly.
a Set the lock lever in the lower position.
a Take care that the cover and cap will not interfere with each other since the clearance
between them is narrow.
a Take care that wiring harnesses and hoses will not be pinched between the cab and floor
frame.
•
Tighten the bolts in the order shown in Fig. 7. (Snug torque)
Tighten the bolts on the front side in the order indicated by the arrows.
•
Tighten bolts (1) - (21) with an impact wrench or a torque wrench further by 60Åã.
•
Tighten bolts (22) and (23) until they are settled perfectly.

Precautions
Use the separate check sheet to check the tightening
torque and retightening.
When using an impact wrench near a glass, put cowhide
or thick cloth between the impact wrench and glass so
that the impact wrench will not touch the glass directly.
