Rail Lock Pinion (CTS-011)
6. Draw the shaft with its remaining
components out of the frame of the
saw from the rear.
The highlighted area shows where the
components listed in Step 5 that you
were instructed to remove from the
shaft were previously mounted.
Assembly Steps
Perform the Disassembly Steps described immediately above in reverse order but this time, you'll use only the new
parts contained in the service kit you received from SawStop (if supplied). There are certain details to be observed
during re-assembly:
1. Slide the shaft in from the rear of the saw and into the frame assembly.
2. Slide the
Guide - Shaft Bushing, Rocker
from rear and secure it to the tube

with
Bolt - M4 x 0.7, 30mm, Button Head,
using a #2 Phillips Head
Phillips [3]
Screwdriver.
Be sure the bolt
hole in the shaft before tightening it.
