Trigger one measurement (Trigger key signal can achieve
the same result).
Repeat the last 2 steps until the Bit 4 (Sweep Done) and Bit
8 (Scan Done) of the Operation Status register is set.
Return the latest reading (32 pairs of voltage and
resistance).
Reset the instrument to the power-on state.
Clear the Status Byte Register and all event registers, and
clear the Error Queue.
Configure the trigger source to be internal. If the external
triggering is used, the following steps are the same.
Enable continuous measurement.
Configure the instrument to measure the signal from the
front panel input post without using internal/external switch
channels.
Configure to measure the ACR+DCV.
Enable memory function and clear stored memory data.
Trigger one storage (Trigger key signal can achieve the
same result).
Query the Operation Status register until the Bit 10 (Memory
Trigger Done) is set.
Repeat the last 2 steps according to measurement
requirement.
Return all the stored memory data.
Reset the instrument to the power-on state.
Clear the Status Byte Register and all event registers, and
clear the Error Queue.
Configure the trigger source to be internal. If the external
triggering is used, the following steps are the same.
Enable continuous measurement.
Configure the instrument to use the internal switch channel
