Server locks

Locking the server cover prevents unauthorized access to the inside of your server and access to the
installed drives.
Server cover and front door lock
The server cover and front door lock prevents unauthorized access to the inside of your server and the
installed drives in the drive cage. You can remove the key attached on the rear of the server and use it to
unlock or lock the server cover and the front door of the server.

Definition
Changing this switch to the On position forces BMC and CPU
reset.
Changing this switch to the Off position ignores Power
Permission and allows the system to power-on.
Changing this switch to the On position indicates a physical
presence to the TPM.
Off: XCC boots from upper half of flash region.
On: XCC boots from lower half of flash region.
Changing this switch to the On position forces XCC into reset.
Changing this switch to the On position forces XCC to boot from
kernel code only.
Changing this switch to the On position indicates a physical
presence to the XCC TPM.
Change this switch to the On position forces FPGA into reset.
