NOTE:
9 Install the shaft a of the throttle control
motor by aligning it with the groove b of the
throttle shaft, and then make sure that the
throttle shaft moves smoothly.
9 When installing the engine, fully open the
throttle valve.

When assembling the throttle control
motor, be sure to assemble the throttle
control motor and throttle shaft on the
same axis. After assembling, slightly push
the throttle valve by the finger in direction
c (within a play e of the shaft) and check
to see that the throttle valve is smoothly
returned in direction d by the spring force
when releasing the finger. If it is not
returned smoothly in direction d, be sure
to reassemble these parts and recheck the
valve return.
