Possible cause
An OHCF tray is broken
An OHCF tray has malfunctioned
An Optional OHCF tray
malfunctioned

Recommended solution
1. Power Off/On.
2. If problems persist, contact the
Customer Support Center.
Trays other than the OHCF
trays may be used in the
interim.
1. Check the paper in the
malfunctioning tray.
2. Power Off/On the machine.
3. If the errors persist, contact
the Customer Support
Center.
