11. Fluorescence (reflected light) observation procedures

Turn the fluorescence main switch to turn on the LED
Put a specimen on the stage
Insert in the light path the filter suitable for the specimen
Insert desired objective for the observation and focus the
specimen
Adjust light intensity
Begin observation
