Advanced Configuration
When the Alarm Action is set to Capture Image File, a
snapshot is stored when the alarm occurs. The image file can
be stored locally in temporary storage (Store Local), over the
camera network using FTP (file transfer protocol) or to a
network-attached storage device (NAS). Refer to
Transfer, pg. 45
to configure settings for the FTP, NFS, or
Samba transfers.
The Snapshot type should be set to All Non Radiometric (a
normal JPEG image). Radiometric (a special type of JPEG
with temperature data) is not available on the F-Series ID
camera.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Save button

Alarm Rule Examples: The following examples show rules
that control actions from alarms that are internal to the camera (rather than coming from another
source on the network). The first three lines and the fifth line of these rules is always the same for the
alarms coming from the F-Series ID camera itself.

alarm comes
from the camera
itself, rather than
another device
on the network.
