6. Maintenance
6.1 Maintenance explanation
The maintenance of UPS and change of battery must be performed by qualified pro-

fessional technicians. Users are not allowed to perform the maintenance.
if the battery array hasn't been used for a long time, charge the battery array fully
6.1.2
every three months at normal temperature, and two months at high temperature.
6.1.3 Use the repairing switch in the rear panel only when repair or change the UPS
module. Make sure the switch is on " O " status when the UPS is working. Turn the
switch to " I " status before repairing. It makes the output of UPS uninterruptible.
In order to avoid unexpected interference, turn the switch to " O " status after
repairing.
If UPS fails to work, Please check the following items before contacting Santak customer
service center.
1. Are the input wires correctly connected
2. Does the mains supply voltage meet the requirements
When you contact with the service center, please provide the following information:
1.Product Model and Serial No. Of the UPS (you can read it from the rear panel or inquire it
from LCD display panel)
2.Abnormal status table
