Troubleshooting Step:
Determine whether the cartridge should be write protected or not.
If not, export the cartridge via your back up application and correct the problem be manually changing the write
protect switch on the cartridge.
If the cartridge is correctly set as a "read only" tape, investigate your host application to determine why a write was
attempted.

DR015: Unsupported Format Diagnostic

Problem:
A cartridge has been loaded into a drive that is not a correct format. There are several common scenarios:
1. Firmware update cartridge loaded as a data cartridge
2. Cleaning cartridge loaded as a data cartridge
3. Data cartridge loaded as a FUP (FMR) cartridge
4. Data cartridge loaded as a cleaning cartridge
Troubleshooting Step:
If the cartridge was loaded to the drive via the Library GUI, export the cartridge via the library Operations →
Media → Export function. Import the proper type of cartridge for the desired operation and continue.
If the cartridge was loaded to the drive via a host application, export the cartridge via the host application. Import
the proper type of cartridge for the desired operation and continue.

DR018: Manually Clean Drive

Problem:
A drive has reported that it requires cleaning and the library cleaning function is not enabled.
Troubleshooting Step:
1. Enable the library cleaning function, import a cleaning cartridge, and clean the drive.
OR
2. Use host application cleaning tools to clean the drive.

DR019: Door Open Diagnostic

Problem:
One of the library's Access Doors has been opened.
There are two basic scenarios to recover from:
1. Door open did NOT interrupt a library MOVE MEDIA.
2. Door open DID interrupt a library MOVE MEDIA.
