Menu choice 10.Connections
You will be offered the following menus when setting up the connections: First select the
connection that you want to set up: PSTN, GSM or ethernet.

wait for dialling tone
speech volume
1 If required, enter a preselection nought to select an outside line. Recording the extra
numbers for an outside line in the Telephone Book is not recommended. When, for
example, the telephone exchange is unexpectedly out of order and the Octalarm-IP has
to fall back on a connection via the GSM module, a preselection nought will cause the
GSM connection to fail.
