To perform test routines for the engine.
When the main Engine Test Routines window displays, users can navigate through the list of routines
that display along with their descriptions. Users can also directly input an EDC code to the text box to
find a routine. Users can select a maximum of 3 routines at the same time.
After selecting one or multiple routines, pressing the "OK" button will open the test window that lists
selected routines. Users can start/stop a desired test routine.

Detect if Main BLDC Motor runs at normal speed
Black Opc BLDC Motor is On/Off
Detect if Black OPC BLDC Motor runs at normal speed
Start/Stop Ozone Suction Fan run
Detects if Ozone Suction Fan runs at normal speed.
Exit Motor Forward Fast On/Off
Exit Motor Forward Slow On/Off
Exit Motor Forward Backward On/Off
