5-42. Power Supply
b. Installation
1. Place power supply assembly (11) on printer base (18).
2. Install screw (16) and terminal lug (17) at T1-7.
3. Install a screw (14) and terminal lug (15) at T1-1.
4. Slide transformer cover (13) into place and tighten two nuts (12).
5. At capacitor C1 (10) connect wires according to their labels.
6. Install two screws (8) and star washers (9).
7. Connect wires (6) to AC line filter (7) according to their tags.
8. Connect cables (4) to power supply PCBA (5).
9. Swing card cage (3) back into place.
10. Close rear door (2) and tighten two fasteners (1).

a. Removal
1. Remove cover per paragraph 5-17a.
2. Remove two nuts (1) and star washers (2).
3. Lift up transformer cover (3).
4. Remove screw (4) and terminal lug (5) at T1-2.
5. Remove screw (6) and terminal lug (7) at T1-10.
6. Remove three screws (8) and nuts (9).
7. Separate fan (10) from side of housing (11).
b. Installation
1. Place fan (10) on housing (11).
2. Install three screws (8) and nuts (9).
3. Install screw (6) and terminal lug (7) at T1-10.
4. Install screw (4) and terminal lug (5) at T1-2.
5. Put transformer cover (3) in place.
6. Install two nuts (1) and star washers (2).
7. Replace cover per paragraph 5-17b.
