Symptoms that are not malfunctions
The following symptoms are not malfunctions.
● With engine running at low speed, when
the arm reaches a nearly vertical position,
its retraction speed will drop shortly.
● With engine running at low speed, when the
bucket teeth reach a nearly horizontal
position, its movement speed will drop
shortly.
● A noise of slewing motor can be heard at
the start and end of slewing.
● A noise of traveling motor can be heard
when the machine stops suddenly during
high speed traveling.
● A noise of control valve can be heard
when the working device is subject to
excessive external force or moves to the
end of travel.
● The operations of the machine are more
labor some when an attachment heavier
than the standard bucket arm or bucket is
installed.
