Descale
On the descale menu you can select the
descale option to do the descaling process or
the Check % to see the percentage of lime in
the oven.
• Press
to turn on the oven.
• Rotate the left knob to select the
"General Settings" menu.
• Rotate the right knob to select the
descale menu.
• Press
to confirm.
• Rotate the right knob to select the
desired option.

Press to confirm.

explanation of the descaling procedure.
Standby mode
When the oven is in Standby you can choose
if you want the display to show the time or the
Barazza logo.

"General Settings" menu.

Standby mode setting.

or the logo.

Demo mode
To activate/deactivate the Demo Mode,
proceed as follows:
• Press
to turn on the oven.
• Rotate the left knob to select the
"General Settings" menu.
• Rotate the right knob to select the Demo
mode setting.
• Press
to confirm.
• Rotate
the
activate/deactivate the demo mode.
• Press
to confirm.
