JP8 and JP9: Host Interface RxD_SI and TxD_SO Select

RXD_SI is connected to 16-pin header and 100-pin inter-board connector. It is then connected to TxD
Input or serial output (SO) of microcontroller CPU on the micro-board. Likewise, the TXD_SO
connects to the 16-pin header and 100-pin inter-board connector, and then to RxD or serial input (SI)
of the microcontroller CPU.
