Burns due to user error
► The product is flame retardant but nevertheless flammable. Therefore the utmost caution must be exercised in
the vicinity of an open flame.
► Keep away from all ignition sources, especially lit cigarettes.
The tray serves as a supporting surface during meals, when working or when playing. The clear material allows vis­
ibility of the legs and correction of the sitting posture.
Prior to use in a vehicle for transporting persons with reduced mobility, the tray has to be removed.
Mounting/removing the tray
1) Slide the tray on to the armrests.
2) Pull the tray off the armrests.
Always guide the tray parallel to the armrests to avoid canting.

7.21 Side thoracic support

The side thoracic supports help position the user's torso. A locking function prevents them from rotating.
Using the thoracic support
1) Pull the thoracic support up (see fig. 59, item 1).
2) Fold the thoracic support away to the side to make getting in easy (see fig. 59, item 2).
3) Fold the thoracic support back again and push it down so it locks into the retainer.
