2 Application
2.1 Application
BetaSil is designed for use in orthopaedics technology. It may only be used by qualified person­
nel.
2.2 Area of Application
616S5=1, 616S6=1 BetaSil is used for filling up scars and concavities and for adding cushions.
This achieves a complete form fit with the residual limb for a standard silicone liner.
The product is suitable for direct application to the skin. It must not be applied to open wounds.
The product should not come into contact with body orifices such as the eyes, mouth, nostrils,
ears or genitals. For safety reasons, a test should be performed prior to actual application, for
example on the inside of the wrist. Do not use if erythema or skin rash occur.

Use of improper cleaning agents
Damage to the product due to use of improper cleaning agents
Only clean the product with the approved cleaning agents.
4 Scope of Delivery
The scope of delivery for the product is shown on page 1 (cover picture).
