e Do not rest the wheel on the PCCB brake disk

when fitting it onto the wheel hub.
e Use the PCCB assembly aid.

1. Carefully fit the wheel onto the wheel hub with-
out tilting it. Engage the wheel in the wheel bolts

by turning it slightly and press it against the

brake disk.

Grease the following areas each time you mount a
wheel

2. Wipe away old grease and dirt at conical surfa-
ces E in the wheel as well as at outer front side F
of the wheel hub. Then coat very thinly with alu-
minum paste. This helps the bolt to slide better
into its seat.
3. Thread G in the wheel hub must be well greased.
To this end, re-grease with aluminum grease
each time the bolt is removed or installed. Do not
remove the old grease. All other parts and con-
tact surfaces must be free of grease.
e Only use aluminum grease that has been ap-
proved by Porsche.

4. Insert the central bolt into the wheel hub and
screw it in by hand.
