Meaning and action required
e Immediately stop when it is safe to do so, switch off the engine and let it
cool down.
e Check engine coolant level:
> Please see chapter "Coolant" on page 105.
e Add engine coolant if necessary.
If the fault persists:
e Have the fault rectified at an authorized Porsche dealer.*
Coolant temperature gage is faulty.
e Have the fault rectified at an authorized Porsche dealer.*
Coolant or engine oil temperature is too high.
e Immediately stop when it is safe to do so, switch off the engine and let it
cool down.
e Check radiators and air guides in and on the vehicle for obstructions.
e Checking coolant and engine oil level
