NOTES AND WARNINGS

Each individual button programmed by the learning function will keep the same function associated during this
programming even if the TV code is changed by chosing only those preset. To cancel the learned program, you must
carry out a factory reset of the remote control as described in paragraph 2.3.3.5.

Before executing the learning function, it is recommended that you use new batteries in both remote controls.

The TV, STB and SOURCE function buttons cannot be programmed through the learning function.
2.3.3.5 Factory reset of the remote control
If needed, you can return the remote control to the factory settings as follows:
1. Press the TV button for more than 3 seconds until the LED indicator of the remote control remains lit and then
release it.
2. Keep the SOURCE button pressed for about 3 seconds untile the LED begins to blink.
3. Press the SOURCE button again until the LED indicator turns off: the reset has been completed.
NOTE
The reset will return the programmed TV codes/programs to their original factory setting, the TV program value to 0000,
and it will eliminate any programmed buttons acquired through the learning function.
2.3.4 Remote control use
After programming the remote to control your TV, it will work as the TV's original remote, at least regarding the main
functions, such as turning on and off, adjusting the audio volume and channel selection.
To control the decoder or the TV, simply press the respective function keys STB or TV and point the remote towards the
IR sensor of the preferred device. Upon the transmission of each infrared command, the LED indicator on the remote
will light up.
