Using the machine
10.2 DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS
Manual steam dispensing (1)
The machine has a manual steam wand by default.
Place a jug under the wand and then move and hold
down the lever to start steam dispensing. Move the
lever back to its original position to stop dispensing
steam.
Buttons for espresso coffee dispensing
Place a cup on the relevant holder, then press one
of the buttons to start dispensing coffee (1 - 2 - 3).
Once pressed, the button remains lit for the entire
duration of dispensing. Wait for the coffee to be
dispensed. Press the drink button again to stop
dispensing in advance.
Button for continuous/manual coffee dispensing
Place a cup on the relevant holder, then press the
button to start the continuous dispensing of coffee
(M). Once pressed, the button remains lit for the
entire duration of dispensing at a constant pressure
of 9 Bar. Wait for the coffee to be dispensed.
Press the drink button again to stop dispensing in
advance.

Tap for hot water dispensing
Position a cup of suitable capacity for the desired
water quantity under the tap. Move and hold the
lever down to start hot water dispensing from the
spout. Move the lever back to its original position to
stop dispensing steam.
10.3 SPECIAL CONTROLS
Flush/Purge
By pressing the button (P) on the display, the
"normal" dispensing cycle is preceded by a short
timed water jet to clean the group spout and ensure
better dispensing. Flushes/purges are not counted as
dispensing.
