7 CONNECTIONS
IMPORTANT: first connection
operations must be performed
by a specialised and authorised
technician.
7.1 WATER CONNECTION
Drain
A water drain with siphon must be prepared near
the machine.
The drain siphon must be positioned
at least 20 cm below the bearing
plane of the machine.
Remove the cap from the bowl, screw in the
connection with the two O-rings supplied and attach
the drain pipe with the plate and nuts to the drain
tray.
Connect the drain pipe to the connection of the
drain tray and secure it with the relevant clamps, as
shown in the image.
Connect the other end of the pipe to the previously
prepared drain.

In order to ensure safe and correct
operation of the machine and
to maintain a suitable level of
performance and high quality of
the drinks dispensed, it is important
that, in relation to the water used
(both for the tank and the mains
supply) at the inlet, the hardness is
between 9°f (90ppm, 5°d) and 15°f
(150ppm, 8.4°d), the PH is between
6.5 and 8.5 and the amount of
chlorides is less than 50 mg/l.
Respecting these values allows the
machine to operate with maximum
efficiency. If these parameters are
not met, it will be necessary to
install a specific filtering device,
always in compliance with the local
drinking water standards in force.
