Press Hold to place the current multicast RTP session on hold.
The sender's phone places the multicast RTP session on hold and receiver's phone
releases the session.
To resume the held multicast RTP session, press Resume.
The multicast RTP session is re-established.
Press End Call (EndCall) to end the multicast RTP session.
Multicast RTP is one way only from the sender to the multicast address(es) (receiver). For
outgoing RTP multicasts, all other existing calls on the phone will be placed on hold.

Press the paging list key when the phone is idle.

large volumes of incoming calls from callers who have no need to talk to a specific person but
who require assistance from any of multiple persons at the earliest opportunity. ACD on all IP
phone allows the ACD system to distribute large volumes of incoming calls to the registered
ACD users. To use this feature, you should configure an ACD key in advance. For more
information on ACD key icon indicators, refer to
