You can customize the soft keys, navigation keys and function keys.
You can customize the soft keys displayed on the Idle screen via phone user interface for the
SIP-T42S/T42G/T41S/T41P/T40G/T40P IP phone.
Procedure:
Navigate to Menu->Settings->Advanced Settings (default password: admin) ->Softkey
1.
Label.
Select the desired soft key, and then press Enter.
2.
Select the desired key type from the Type field.
3.
(Optional.) Select the desired line from the Account ID field.
4.
(Optional.) Enter the string that will display on the LCD screen in the Label field.
5.
(Optional.) Enter the corresponding value in the Value field.
6.
Press Save.
7.
Procedure:
Click Dsskey->Programable Key.
