Foot Switch

Stage 1 (pressing down the foot switch until it reaches the first action point activates the
"work flow". The laser itself is not yet activated at this stage.
If additional accessories have been connected to the Accessory Port (see section 5.5.5
"Accessory Port", page 31), these are also activated at switching stage 1.
At stage 2 (action point resistance overcome, foot switch pressed down completely), the laser
is activated to emit laser light.
Operating the foot switch activates the laser to emit laser light, provided the laser has
been set to LASER READY mode.
At the same time, they laser symbol is displayed and the "LASER ACTIVE" indicator lights
up yellow.
If you use pulsed mode, the yellow indicator lights up in pulses as well, flashing in phase
with laser light emission.
Releasing the foot switch interrupts the laser light emission process at once. The "LASER
ACTIVE" lamp goes out as a result and LASER READY is displayed again.
Releasing the foot switch deactivates the "work flow" and the "basic flow" mode is
activated automatically.
NOTICE
As long as the foot switch is operated, the rotary switch and the control panel buttons are
locked (inactive). Only the "STANDBY" button can be activated.
