"LASER ACTIVE" Indicator

To switch on the Limax
emergency stop button must be in pulled-out (deactivated)
position (see also section 6.1.2 "Emergency Stop Switch",
page 39).
If you try to turn on the laser with the keylock switch while
the emergency stop switch is still activated (button pushed
in), the STOP indicator (Fig. 6.1, (3)) will light up red. This
tells you that the laser cannot be started because the
emergency stop button is still in the wrong position.
The "LASER ACTIVE" indicator (Fig. 6.1, (6)) indicates the
following operating statuses:
Off
Laser light emission blocked.
Yellow
LASER READY button on and foot switch operated:
emission of laser light as follows:
— Yellow continuous light:
as long as the foot switch is held down when laser
is operated in continuous mode.
— Yellow pulsed light:
If laser is operated in pulsed mode, this indicator
lights up during pulse times and goes out during
pulse pauses.
