screen will appear and
must be accepted in order
to enter OXYGEN ONLY

fittings are leaking

OXYGEN ONLY mode
is imminent due to the
loss of the Air source
(air source outside of

Suggested Action
Follow on-screen
commands and reconnect
air source, replace tank, or
fix leak. The driver will
automatically resume
oxygen blending to the
original FiO
setting when
2
the Air source has been
replenished or the leak is
resolved.
Remove from service and
perform PM service to inlet
filter screens
Remove device from
service and service/repair
the Manifold Assembly
Fix Air source pressure
and/or regulate the inlet
pressure between
41 – 66 psig
Remove device from
service and service/repair
the Manifold Assembly
Follow on-screen
commands and reconnect
Air source, replace tank, or
fix leak. The driver will
automatically resume
oxygen blending to the
original FiO
setting when
2
the Air source has been
replenished or the leak is
resolved.
