Remove the Manifold Assembly

The power switch does not disconnect the driver from the main power
supply. This can only be accomplished by disconnecting the AC Adapter
This assembly contains electronic components that are ESD sensitive.
ESD control and handling measures should be followed while performing
1.
Disconnect the Valve Drive Cable from the Bulkhead to Valves Cable.
2.
Pinch and gently push the connector on the Bulkhead to Valves Cable through the
slot in the Divider/Oxygen Sensor Assembly.
3.
Disconnect the white luer lock ring from the Oxygen Sensor Filters.
4.
Use a 9/64" Allen wrench to remove the two (2) socket-head screws that secure the
Manifold Assembly to the Bottom Case.
5.
Carefully disconnect the locking tab of wire CN15 from CN21 on the Inlet Pressure
Board (PCA-03).
6.
Carefully disconnect the locking tab of wire CN16 from CN22 on the Inlet Pressure
Board (PCA-03).
7.
Disconnect the silicone tubing from the barbed fitting on the underside of the
Manifold Assembly.
This assembly contains electronic components that are ESD sensitive.
ESD control and handling measures should be followed while performing

Gently lift the Manifold Assembly from the Bottom Case.
