if the total power exceeds a preset
limit imposed by the FCC.
Restricted states (NOCC-imposed restrictions)
Router has been barred from
transmitting by the NOCC. Possible
reasons for barring include
interference isolation, uplink failure,
or government order.
Router has been put in a
suspended state by the NOCC.
This occurs if a customer's bill is
overdue or if service is terminated.
Router has been put in
maintenance state by the NOCC.
Router has been put in
out-of-service state by the NOCC.
