OK – The satellite router is fully operational. The user can browse the Internet
as long as on the router has been activated for broadband service.
Degraded – The router is fully operational but in a degraded mode. Performance
is slower than normal for any of the following reasons:
• The satellite router is in VADB mode, using a backup phone line connection
to the Internet instead of the satellite link.
• The router is in fallback mode.
• One or more TurboPage TTMP connections is not functioning.
• Transmissions beyond a certain threshold number have not been received
by the satellite (state code 30). This could be caused by weather conditions.
Degraded – The router is fully operational, but performance is temporarily
impaired because:
• The daily download allowance has been exceeded. This allowance does
not apply if the subscriber's service plan has no download limit. For more
information see
• Not all IPSec sessions are functioning. As a result, data will not flow between
some destinations.
There is an operational problem. The router cannot access the satellite network.
