Delete File

Use this function to delete stored doc-
uments.
Note
❒ You can program one of the Quick
Operation keys with operations for
this function. Using the key allows
you to omit steps A and B.

Select [Select Stored File].

Select [Manage/Delete File].

Select the document you want to
delete.
Note
❒ You can also delete multiple
documents at once.

With a programmed password
A Enter a password using the
number keys, and then press
[OK].

Press [Delete File].

Press [Delete].
Note
❒ If you do not want to delete the
document, press [Do not Delete.].
