10.1 Faults

In the event of a fault, the display may show the following messages. Contact your fitter.

The message SHOW REM.CTRL
SHOW REM. CTRL indicates the presence of an override on
a remote control
REVISION Boiler service required
24V SHORT-CIRC. Short circuit 24 V

BURNER FAILURE Igniter fault
Ionization fault
Gas valve defective
No gas or presence of air in the pipe
I-CURRENT FAIL Ionization fault during operation
MCBA FAILURE XX Internal safety control box fault
MCBA FAILURE 5 External influences
MCBA FAILURE 11 Internal fault
DEF.MCBA 24 Boiler reversal sensor and return sensor Reverse the sensors

Probable causes
To cancel the overrides on all remote controls, press the AUTO key for 5 seconds.
Contact the professional responsible for maintenance of the boiler.
Check the wiring.
Probable causes
Check the ignition electrode (spacing of the electrodes), its connector and its connection
cable
Check the earth
Replace the gas valve
Measure the gas supply pressure
Check the earth
Reset the boiler

Check the wiring
Check that multi-wire connections are undamaged

The safety control box does not signal a gas valve
