OPERATION

6.3 Rear Deflector Kit

The Rear Deflector Kit is designed to offer
adjustment with the FX-315 material distribution.
The wing deflectors offer three levels of adjustment.
The Adjustment Arm can be attached to the Float
linkage using one of two holes on the Adjustment
arm and one of three holes on the Float Linkage.
The Adjustment arm can then be attached to the
main deflector body using one of five Adjustment
Holes.
The center deflector has two levels of adjustment.
The Adjustment Arm can be attached to the
Adjustment link using one of four holes. The
Adjustment Arm can also be attached to the main
body of the deflector using one of five Adjustment
Holes.

6.4 Shrouding Kit

The shrouding on the FX-315 includes a fixed
component and an adjustable component.
For a wider material distribution, the shrouds should
be set to the position closest to the cutter. To
reduce the amount of material distributed, the
shrouds should be set to the position furthest from
the cutter.
