Procedure for refilling the splitter gearbox:
1. To open the main shield remove the lynch pin.
2. Park unit on a level surface
3. Remove drain plug and drain out oil
4. Reinstall drain plug
5. Remove vent plug/dipstick.
6. Fill gearbox until oil level reaches the fill line on
dipstick. Capacity is approximately 4.1
litres(4.33 qt.). Do not screw dipstick when
checking oil level.
7. Reinstall vent plug and level plug
8. Dispose of old oil in accordance with the local
regulations
9. Firmly close the main shield to engage the auto-
matic lock.
