3.2 Die-cut label

"Die-cut label" refers to a label stock of which labels are die cut one by one and surroundings are
removed, as illustrated below.
When a die-cut label stock is loaded, either the Transmissive Media Edge Sensor or the
Transmissive Media Centre Sensor is used to detect a print position. The Transmissive Media
Centre Sensor is located at the centre of the label feed path. (→ 1.3 Part Names and
Functions)
Precautions
・ The Transmissive Media Edge Sensor must be placed so that it does not come into contact with
the media.
