B-22 Installing the Operating System

RE-INSTALLATION OF THE NETWORK DRIVER

When the system is Windows Server 2003 x64 Editions
After installing OS and deleting the network drivers, if you want to re-install the network drivers,
follow the procedure below.
1.
Restart OS and logon to your system.
2.
[Upgrade Device Driver Wizard] dialog box appears.
Click [Next].
3.
Confirm that the [Search for a suitable driver for my device (recommended)] radio button
is selected and click [Next].
4.
Select the [Specify a location] check box and deselect other check boxes.
Click [Next].
5.
Other [Upgrade Device Driver Wizard] dialog box opens.
When using [Intel(R) PRO/1000 EB Backplane Connection with I/O Acceleration] /
[Intel(R) PRO/1000 EB Backplane Connection with I/O Acceleration#2], specify
[DVD-ROM drive letter:\WINNT\W2K3AMD\NS41S\PRO1000\WS3XPX64].
Then click [OK].
6.
Click [Next].
7.
Click [Finished].
Other [Upgrade Device Driver Wizard] dialog box appears.
