2. Basic Operations for Maintenance

2.1. Home Return Operation

(1) The home return operation is divided into the following two types.

All Zero

Individual Zero : A single unit or each section is returned to the specified home
(2) Refer to the following description for the guide to type selecting.
All Zero
Individual Zero : It is used immediately after the repair or adjustment of each section

2.2. Home Return Operation Procedure

2.2.1. All Zero
Select " Control " key located in the lower section of the operation window, then select " Zero
" and press the [START] button on the operation panel. Whole system performs zeroing
operation with all units returned to their home positions at the same time.
* During the operation, the [START] button illuminates in green and when the operation is
completed, the button's illumination is turned OFF.
* For the conditions for "All Zero" operation, the following two points are minimum
requirements.
Basically, when this operation is performed and a confirmation or error window is
displayed, the subject section is to be returned to enable the home return operation.

2.2.2. Individual Zero

The individual home return operation is described with the following some examples.
: All the axes in entire machine are returned to the specified home
positions at once.

: It is used when all the operations such as repair and adjustment of
the machine are completed and the automatic operation is enabled.
