(4) Press the [Maint.], [Ship. Adj.] and [Head Cntr] buttons in this order. Select "Mark
Pos" and select the applicable head.
(5) Press the [Teach Start] button and [START] button.
(6) When the teaching is completed, compare the values in "Before" and "After"
sections. If there is no problem, make a note of then.
(7) Press the [Save] button to save the data.
Description of Base Mark <Reference>
Head 1 and 2
Mark (Left), (Center), (Right), X (Horizontal), Y (Vertical) [mm]
The Mark (Center) is the base mark position taken using the PEC recognition
camera when the head rotation center is moved onto the component recognition
camera.
A Mark (Right) or (Left) is the reference mark position when the subject nozzle is
moved to the component recognition camera center with the head (subject nozzle)
turned at an angle of 90° or 270°, and the mark is captured using the PEC
recognition camera.
