Outline Description
The chute height offset stands for the chute height deviation of the actual value from the
designed value. There are two types of the chute height offset teaching. One is for
"shipping" and the other is for "replacement".
For Shipping
For Replacement : The chute height offset is taught in the teaching operation and the
Note:
In the chute level teaching for replacement, the head up/down offset only is changed and the feeder A
(L) or nozzle stocker height values are not changed. In the GXH-1 or 3, the head up/down offset is
also entered to use for the calculation when the feeder A offset input value calculation. However, in
the SIGMA Series machines, the head up/down offset value is not taken in the feeder A (L) offset
parameters. In the GXH-1 or 3, for the height control in component pick-up operation, the feeder A (L)
is used, but in SIGMA-G5/G5S/G5SII machine, the head up/down offset and feeder A (L) are used in
the pick-up operation. Accordingly, in SIGMA-G5/G5S machines, the head up/down offset only is
changed in the chute level teaching for replacement.
Teaching Operations at the "For Shipping": Perform them after the machine installation or relocation.
The teaching operations for the head up/down, nozzle stocker level and feeder A offset (height) and
chute height teaching "For Shipping" are performed. Do not perform the height teaching operations for
"Replacement".
Teaching Operations "For Replacement": Perform them after the head change.
The teaching operations for the head up/down, nozzle stocker level and feeder A offset (height) are
not required.
: Only the chute height offset is taught in the teaching operation. This
operation does not affect the machine operation.
difference from the value in the previous result is added to the head
