To enter Diagnostics toggle Service Key for
Vended controls or press Service Mode button
on OPL controls to enter Service Menu. Scroll
down to Diagnostic Mode and Press the Start/
Enter button to enter Diagnostic Mode.
The last 10 Faults recorded can be viewed by
selecting the Fault Recordings menu. Faults
are recorded with a timestamp of the most
recent occurrence of the fault and the number
of times the fault occurred. See Error Codes
for list of Faults/Errors.

To run a Factory Diagnostic test, select
Diagnostic Cycle. Insure the door is closed
and the washer will perform a series of
component tests by locking the door and
powering fill valves, drain valve(s), drive and
door unlock. See Diagnostic Cycle Chart for
sequence.
To manually test components enter the Main
Control Tests menu. From this screen you can
test all loads and verify sensors connected
to the Main Control. Toggle to the component
to test and Press Start/Enter to highlight the
component and then press the Up or Down
arrows to change the state and the press
Start/Enter to confirm and initiate operation of
the component. (Example: Drain Valve "Open"
will change to "Close"). Highlight and press
Start/Enter again and then use Up and Down
arrows to change the state back and press
Start/Enter to confirm. Note: the door lock is
the first component test and must be left in a
locked state to continue testing other loads
such as motor check (Tumble/Spin).
The next Menu in Diagnostic Mode is HMI/UI
Tests. This Menu allows you to verify and test
all sensors connected to the HMI/UI including
Coin 1 and Coin 2, the Keypad membrane
switch, the Card Reader port in Gen 1 and
Gen 2, Service and Vault switches and the
current state of the USB port and Battery
voltage.
