High Beam Assist (HMA)

The HMA system uses a multi-function
video controller on the front windscreen to
determine current driving conditions and, if
necessary, automatically switches between
high/low beams.

Turning on HMA
Tap on

> DiPilot or pull down Quick
Settings menu on the centre console
touchscreen to turn on Smart Headlights .
Activating HMA
Rotate the end knob of the light stalk switch
to the
position. When the vehicle
speed is above 35 km/h and necessary
lighting conditions are met, HMA activates
automatically. It also allows automatic
switch between high beam and low beam
according to the current driving conditions.
REMINDER
When HMA is activated, the HMA
indicator
on the instrument
cluster is on.
Turning off HMA
The HMA can be turned off by:
Rotating the end knob of the light stalk
switch away from the
Tapping on
/
down Quick Settings menu on the
centre console touchscreen to turn off
Smart Headlights ;
Turning high beam on manually.
HMA Restrain Conditions
HMA will be restrained if:
