WARNING!
For the first 500km, new tyres may
not optimally adhere to the road,
so drivers should drive carefully at
moderate speed to avoid accidents.
Burst or leaking tyres can easily cause
serious traffic accidents.
Do not use tyres over 6 years old.
Under no circumstances, should old
wheels and tyres of unknown origin
be used. Doing so may cause the
driver to lose control of the vehicle
and result in traffic accidents.
CAUTION!
Do not expose tyres to chemicals, oil,
grease or brake fluid.
In the event of abnormal vehicle
vibration or deviation while driving,
stop immediately and check whether
the tyres are damaged.
Insufficient road adhesion of tyres
that have not been run-in or are
excessively worn will directly affect
breaking performance. If uneven and
excessive tyre wear is found, contact
a BYD authorised dealer or service
provider as soon as possible.

Sunroof Maintenance

Wipe any dust or sand from the sunroof
outer sealing strip with a wet cloth and
do not scratch it in the process, for that
will degrade its sealing performance.
Wipe any dust or sand on the injection
molding edge of the sunroof with a wet
cloth and do not scratch the sealing
strip, for that will degrade its sealing
performance.
Clean the front end of the sunroof
frequently to remove dust, sand, leaves
and other debris. This will prevent the
drain hole from being blocked and
maintain proper drainage.
Clean the guide rails on both sides and
the front flume frequently to prevent
dust, sand, leaves and other debris to
prevent drain hole blockage.
When washing the vehicle, avoid aiming
any high-pressure water guns directly
at the sealing strip. This will not only
deform or damage the sealing strip, but
can also result in water seeping into the
vehicle.
In winter, the sunroof can easily freeze,
and if it is opened under such conditions,
the sealing strip or other parts of the
sunroof will be damaged. The vehicle
should first be preheated, and the HVAC
system should be turned on to speed
up the melting of snow and ice. Open
the sunroof only after the vehicle has
reached a certain temperature.
Do not fully open the sunroof on
extremely bumpy roads, as the strong
vibration may cause deformation of
related components and potentially
damage the motor. In addition, the
sunroof is not to be opened when it
is raining or when the vehicle is being
cleaned.
