Driving in Fog

When driving in foggy conditions, read and
follow the precautions below.
WARNING!
Check the vehicle's lighting
system, such as the front and rear
combination lights and rear fog lights
before driving, to prevent accidents
and personal injury.
Fog makes for poor visibility, which
considerably increases the risk of
traffic accidents. Limiting travel plans
on foggy days is recommended.
122
WARNING!
Turn on the fog lights and control the
vehicle speed when driving in fog.
Sound the horn whenever necessary
to remind pedestrians and other
vehicles.
When you hear a horn from another
vehicle, sound your horn immediately
to signal the location of the vehicle.
Try to drive in the middle of the road
and do not drive along the roadside
in order to avoid colliding with parked
vehicles.
Before driving on foggy days, all of
the vehicle's lights should be checked
comprehensively. When driving, the
rear fog lights, clearance lights and
low beam must be turned on. This
will increase visibility and allow better
visibility of vehicles, pedestrians
and road conditions, as well as their
visibility of your own vehicle.
Do not slam on or quickly release
the accelerator pedal. Do not brake
suddenly or turn the steering wheel
sharply. To control the vehicle speed,
first release the accelerator pedal
slowly and then gently press the brake
pedal to prevent a rear-end collision.
REMINDER
Control vehicle speed and obey all
local traffic regulations.

Driving in Rain

WARNING!
Control vehicle speed. Rainy weather
makes for poor visibility and slippery
roads, thus greatly increasing the risk
of traffic accidents and injuries.
