Troubleshooting Errors for Play Store Installation
If you see "This device isn't Play Protect Certif ied" notice as below, when opening the Play Store
App, please f ollow below steps.

Q – What happens if I upgrade my CU360 to a new release? Will installed Google Apps be
deleted?
A – Your Google installed apps will be preserved in f uture CU360 sof tware upgrades.
Q – How can I remove the installation of the Google Play Store and services?
A – Launch AppsProvider and press REMOVE. This will not remove the other applications
installed through the Google Play Store. To remove all the customer installed apps, you need to
wipe all device data, through Android Settings or f orcing the device in recovery mode,

Installing App from Common Android Stores

It is possible to install apps even without the Google Play Store and Google Services Framework
support by accessing common Android app Stores through the def ault Web Browser.
To launch the def ault Web Browser, minimize the CU360 app by pressing the Back key, then click
on the "lion" icon at the bottom right of the desktop. The def ault browser will launch.
Browse to http://localhost:8080/web2/#/stores

If you want to install an app f rom an app store, search f or the app and download it (choose "arm"
and "nodpi" in case of multiple choices).

Interop with Third-Party Apps

The f ollowing table summarizes the results of some test perf ormed with third -party cloud services.
See also "Cloud Video Services" f or details about using CU360 App with third -party services. All
the Third-Party apps listed below can enjoy ePTZ of the local camera using the remote-control.

Launch again Apps Provider and f ollow the instructions.
If above steps do not solve, launch AppsProvider and press Remove. Then repeat all the
AppsProvider procedure f rom scratch.
If AppsProvider Remove option is not present, go to Android Settings > Apps >
AppsProvider>Storage and Cache>Clear Storage.
If nothing else solves, Settings>Reset options> Erase all data (f actory reset) and repeat
the procedure f rom the beginning.
